Janet’s approach has evolved through a deep relationship with earth-based wisdom, the natural world, and the ancient feminine intelligence held within the land, the elements, and the ancestral body.

Her work opens another doorway into the constellation field - one rooted in the ancient relationship between women and the earth, and in the knowledge once carried through the hands, bodies, rituals, plants, seasons, and practices of the women who came before us.

Before knowledge was written down, women knew through relationship.  They knew the plants, the seasons, the rhythms of birth, death, blood, fertility, illness, healing, and regeneration.They knew how to listen to the land.  They knew how to work with what wasn't seen - and what could only be felt.

​

Janet’s constellations invite these older layers of feminine knowing back into the field.  She invites in the herbalist, the midwife, the healer, the wise woman, the seer...the woman who could feel what was moving beneath the surface of things.  In most lineages, this knowledge also carries a wound.  Women who held it were persecuted, silenced, shamed, exiled, or taught to fear their own power. The wisdom of witches, herbalists, midwives, healers, and seers was often pushed underground - along with the parts of feminine knowing that could not be controlled or explained.
