This retreat will be held in a California Redwood home at Center Hill Lake. The weekend will provide an opportunity for deep healing through daily women's circles, multiple family constellations, kundalini yoga and group breathwork.
This retreat is beyond self care. It's for those who are comfortable with deep attention to the soul. Prepare for emotional vulnerability. Welcome safe space for being open and curious. We will invite inspiration, spirit and spontaneity to guide us.
The retreat space is a beautiful and comfortable home that is in walking distance to the lake. There is 1 private master suite with private bath and the remaining rooms are shared with a bathroom per room.
